We will do our best to ensure packages are fulfilled in accordance with the UPS deadlines below, but cannot guarantee delivery by December 25th regardless of shipping method.
If your order is not placed by December 13th, we cannot guarantee shipment by the UPS deadline below.

- Non-customized orders usually ship 2-3 business days after they are placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you have a specific date in which you need your order, please email us with that information when you place your order: shop@ptfcauthentics.com.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are ready to be shipped. If you want some items from your order before the pre-order ship date, we recommend making a separate transaction for those items.
- Orders containing custom jerseys will ship within 16-20 business days after they are placed.
Our Domestic Shipping charges are currently a flat $10 rate with UPS
Orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days after purchase. A tracking number will be provided for your shipment. For standard shipping, packages generally take anywhere from 1-10 business days (AFTER FULFILLMENT) to reach their destination depending on shipping service selected at checkout.
PTFC Authentics cannot be responsible for delays due to packages that are not deliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Quoted shipping times are an estimate, and are not guaranteed.
If you have an issue with your delivery, we recommend you contact the carrier directly.
Our International Shipping charges vary based on service selected, weight of shipment, and distance package will travel.
Currently, we ship internationally via USPS.
International orders will require 5-7 business days before they are shipped. All dates and timelines are subject to change.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for payment of any additional customs fees, duties or taxes for shipments made outside of the United States.
- We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.
- If your package is deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. If your package is refused or abandoned, you will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping charges.
- Please make sure all of your billing and shipping information is entered correctly on your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been shipped.
- USPS First-Class Package International Shipping may not track outside of the United States.
- For issues with packages once they have been shipped, we recommend contacting your local mail service.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Your order will ship when the item(s) arrive. See product description for estimated arrival date.
If you combine in-stock and pre-order items, your order will not ship until all items are in-stock.
All pre-order arrival dates are subject to change. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer delays.
