During the holiday season our return time frame has been extended for purchases made November 1-December 31. For unused/unworn returns with receipt that we receive by January 31, you will be credited in the original form of payment. 

  • We do not process exchanges for online orders. We process returns and ask you place a new order for your desired item to secure the inventory, due to our ever-changing stock. Return instructions are below.
  • We do realize due to holiday promotions and some items being sent directly as gifts this process might not be easiest and are willing to look on a case-by-case basis if necessary. Please just email us if so: shop@ptfcauthentics.com. 

Return Policy

We will gladly accept your return by mail of unwashed and unworn merchandise with all tags and labels attached. 

Customized jerseys and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be credited for a return with receipt that we receive within 30 days of purchase. Your credit will be in the original form of payment. For returns by mail, your credit will be issued within two weeks of return package delivery.

Returns by Mail

  • On your receipt, circle the item(s) you would like to return for a credit*. Sending without a receipt? Please provide your order number and email address either with a note inside the packaging or with an email to shop@PTFCAuthentics.
  • Select a carrier of your choice and pay return postage at time of shipping.
    • If you would like us to send a USPS prepaid label via email, please email us at shop@PTFCAuthentics.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

    *For returns without a receipt, credit will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise credit for online returns will be issued via email as an online gift card.

    Returns for Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Merchandise
    If your your order is incorrect or the merchandise is damaged or defective please email us immediately at shop@ptfcauthentics.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email and ensure we correct the issue.
