Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept your return in-store or by mail of unwashed and unworn merchandise with all tags and labels attached.
Customized jerseys and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be credited for a return with receipt that we receive within 30 days of purchase. Your credit will be in the original form of payment. For returns by mail, your credit will be issued within two weeks of return package delivery.
We cannot process exchanges online. Rather, we ask that you return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to guarantee inventory.
Returns & Exchanges in Store
If you do not have a receipt, we can look up your purchase in most cases with any of the following information:
- Last four digits of the credit card used
- Contact email or phone (if you have a PTFCAuthentics.com account or recall providing one at the checkout counter)
Returns by Mail
- On your receipt, circle the item(s) you would like to return for a credit. Sending without a receipt? Provide your order number, name, email address and a list of the items you would like to return for a credit*.
- Securely package your item(s).
- Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) and pay return postage at time of shipping.
- Ship to the following address:
*For returns without a receipt, credit will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise credit for online returns by mail will be issued via email as an online gift certificate.
- If you need to be provided a return label, please email shop@PTFCAuthentics.com. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your order is incorrect or the merchandise is damaged or defective please email us immediately at shop@PTFCAuthentics.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email.
